Gui Fei Oolong. Also known as Gui Fei, this tea brews into a thick, buttery infusion that smoothly glides down the throat. Its leaves are bitten by cicadas, starting the fermentation process even before harvest. But simply tasting it will speak louder than a thousand words.

Charcoal-Roasted Dong Ding Oolong. "Coal Ice" is a Dong Ding oolong produced using traditional high-temperature charcoal roasting, a technique that is rarely employed in modern tea production. This oolong stands out for its masterful execution. The matte texture of the rolled leaves resembles aged loose shu pu-erh, highlighting the distinctive style of charcoal roasting.This oolong is the perfect non-alcoholic digestif for a sophisticated evening.

A classic Light Oolong made from the Jin Xuan variety, harvested in the spring of 2024. Shu Pu-erh "Seneca's 11 Friends" is a well-aged tea from 2011, made from old-growth trees in the highlands of Northern Thailand. The tea uses the finest quality material—a bud and two leaves—ensuring consistency and richness in flavour. Over the years of aging, this Pu-erh has developed a thick, oily infusion with a distinctive softness and smoothness that unfolds in every steep.This Shu Pu-erh is an excellent option for those wanting to experience the true taste of a classic aged Pu-erh, revealing deep and complex flavour notes with each infusion.

Seneca's 11 Friends

White Tea from Old Trees. Vinho Branco is a white tea distinguished by its refined freshness with subtle vanilla notes and a floral aroma. Harvested in spring 2024 from ancient tea trees on high-altitude plantations in Thailand, this tea is capable of withstanding multiple infusions, revealing new layers of its flavour each time. Its soft and smooth energy creates a calming and relaxing effect, making it perfect for unwinding after a busy day. However, be mindful to enjoy it in moderate doses.

"Spring GABA" is a GABA tea crafted from the Taiwanese Si Ji Chun oolong cultivar, embodying true flavour harmony. This tea is known for its soft, balanced flavour, making it an excellent choice for daily enjoyment. Its aroma and taste will delight GABA tea enthusiasts who value quality without excessive complexity. A collector's Liu Bao Tea crafted for connoisseurs who appreciate true mastery. “Red Water” or “Hong Shui” is a rare Thai oolong crafted using medium roasting and a high level of fermentation. The leaves for this unique tea are carefully selected from the Luan Zi and Jin Xuan oolong cultivars and skillfully processed to achieve a rich and refined taste. The tea leaves are rolled into dark brown, almost black pellets that release a deep, sweet aroma, with an infusion color that ranges from cherry to ruby.This oolong creates a pleasant state of calm and harmony while also providing energy. "Frosty Peak" is an exquisite Dong Ding crafted by an experienced tea master. This tea captivates and leaves few indifferent. It is also recommended for aging, as its balance only deepens over time. However, given its limited production (only 10-20 kg), it is unlikely to stay on shelves for long. "Frosty Peak" is a worthy addition to any serious tea collection.
