BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Water temperature: 85°C (185°F).

Gongfu style (short steeps):
1 gram of tea per 20 ml of water.

Standard steeping:
1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. Steep for: 3-5 minutes.
