Chaynarium specializes in selling tea and related accessories to individuals across EU countries.

By using the Website, you confirm that:

Products: We offer premium teas and accessories.

Ordering Process: Customers can place orders through the Website checkout. If you wish to change your order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor.
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping Providers: Orders are shipped via Portugal’s CTT or DHL services.
Delivery Area: We ship to EU countries only.
Delivery Timeframe: Average delivery is 5–10 business days.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout.

There are no additional customs or duties, as we only ship within the EU. Customers pay only for delivery fees as calculated during checkout.

Returns Policy: We do not accept returns after an order has been shipped.
Refunds: If your order has not been shipped, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are processed within [5 days]. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Account Creation: Creating an account is optional. Orders can be placed without an account.
Account Information: To create an account, you must provide your name, email address, and a password.
Account Termination: Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected].
