The taste is dense, buttery, and smooth, with notes of caramel and tropical fruits. It's oxidized in a classic style, staying just short of becoming a red tea, yet with a more pronounced flavor than a light Darjeeling.

The aroma is fresh, with hints of tropical fruits, berry jam, and a light honey touch, giving the impression of a sweet dessert.


BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Water temperature: 85°C (185°F)


Gongfu style (short steeps):
1 gram of tea per 20 ml of water


Standard steeping:
1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. Steep for: 3-5 minutes
