Red Water

“Red Water” or “Hong Shui” is a rare Thai oolong crafted using medium roasting and a high level of fermentation. The leaves for this unique tea are carefully selected from the Luan Zi and Jin Xuan oolong cultivars and skillfully processed to achieve a rich and refined taste. The tea leaves are rolled into dark brown, almost black pellets that release a deep, sweet aroma, with an infusion color that ranges from cherry to ruby.This oolong creates a pleasant state of calm and harmony while also providing energy. It is perfect for a leisurely tea session where one can fully immerse in its complex flavor and aroma.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Water temperature: 90–95°C

Gongfu style (short steeps): 1 gram of tea per 20 ml of water

Standard steeping:1 gram of tea per 100 ml. Steep for 3–5 minutes
